Flooring For A New Home
The Oakwill teamed an extensive project of fitting the flooring in a new build at the new Castle Green development in Dyserth, North Wales for one of our lovely customers. Flooring for downstairs, upstairs and staircase all had to be completed ready for our customer to move into their new home.
Upstairs
Starting upstairs, we fixed down 6mm ply in the bedrooms, landing and stairs then feather finished the joints. We then proceeded to fit hard-wearing and modern Lifestyle Floors LVT to the bedrooms, landing and stairs. The stairs were then finished off perfectly with Genesis Stair Nosings.
The Staircase
The stairs were again fitted with the oak effect Lifestyle Floors LVT then finished off perfectly with Genesis Stair Nosings.
Downstairs
Downstairs in the hallway and lounge we fitted a sophisticated looking dark oak engineered by Furlong Flooring. The oak flooring was laid on acoustic underlay and all flooring joints were glued together giving a beautiful finish!
