New Build in St Asaph: Stunning Karndean Flooring Installation by Oakwill Flooring

This particular project allowed us to showcase our expertise in luxury vinyl flooring, where we fitted just over 140 square meters of Karndean Knight tile in the stylish Grey Limed Oak.

We laid the flooring diagonally throughout the downstairs areas, including the kitchen, utility, lounge, family room, and bathrooms upstairs, adding a border for a touch of elegance.

Flawless Subfloor Preparation

To ensure a smooth installation, we prepared the subfloor with precision. Our process included applying Stopgap F77 to protect against moisture, followed by Stopgap P141 primer for a secure bond. Finally, we used Stopgap 1200 Pro to create the perfect surface for the vinyl tiles, ensuring a seamless, high-quality finish.
